Job Title:
Corporate Counsel

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with corporate and securities law matters, which includes preparing SEC filings such as registration statements, Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, and Section 16 reports. The role involves engaging in all aspects of the public reporting process, from drafting reports to preparing remarks for investor calls.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Legal team on issues related to securities, corporate governance, acquisitions, and investments.
- Manage corporate governance and administration for the company and its domestic and international subsidiaries. This involves overseeing international outside counsel, managing local filings, reviewing international statutory accounts, and administering corporate records.
- Develop relationships across the company by working with cross-functional teams such as the executive team, finance, accounting, tax, stock administration, people, strategy, and engineering.
- Assist in creating and improving processes, agreements, and document templates.
- Advise clients on business and legal issues and risks, company policies, and business strategy.
- Assist with other legal matters as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Solid foundational knowledge of Securities Act and Exchange Act reporting and compliance.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to find practical and creative solutions to both legal and business problems.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to integrity.
- Ability to dissect and clearly communicate complex legal topics in a simple, actionable manner.

Education and Experience Information:
- . from an accredited university.
- Active membership in at least one . State bar.
- 4+ years of experience practicing corporate law.
- In-house corporate law experience preferred.

Salary Information:
- Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $173,000-$259,000 annually.
- Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $164,000-$246,000 annually.
- Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $147,000-$220,000 annually.
- This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
