Job Title: Senior Patent Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical analysis aspect of patent licensing projects, particularly focusing on standard essential WLAN patents.
- Support patent licensing efforts by addressing technical queries and providing insights into the company's WLAN portfolio.
- Offer feedback to the Patenting and Patent Acquisition teams on matters related to WLAN technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Implementation & Wi-Fi litigation projects team, to ensure alignment and effectiveness in patent licensing strategies.
- Ensure that the information regarding the WLAN portfolio is accurately maintained in databases to enhance licensing strategies.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in core technical principles.
- Experience with WLAN technologies or equivalent industry knowledge is essential, including hands-on work with network protocols and WLAN standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for conveying complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including licensees, technical teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Additional qualifications that are beneficial include a PhD in a relevant field, a US or EP patent attorney degree, and previous exposure to technical discussions during patent license negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for innovative and disruptive solutions are desirable, enabling critical thinking and problem-solving in the development of cutting-edge technologies.

Salary Information:
- The role offers a US Annual Base Salary Range of $143,774 - $267,008, with potential incentive/variable compensation for eligible roles.
- The salary range accounts for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.
