Manager, International Tax - Insurance
Position Summary:
- Seeking a strategic and experienced Manager in International Tax for the Insurance industry
- Responsible for providing tax compliance and consulting services to multinational clients with international operations
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in tax planning and preparation, with a focus on international taxation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on client needs and industry/sector served
- Must have experience with subchapter L and . international taxation of insurance companies
- Active accreditation required, such as CPA, Licensed Attorney, or Enrolled Agent
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with implementing international tax structures and processes
- Oversee complex tax computation projects for clients in various industries
- Research and prepare materials for consulting projects related to tax planning
- Provide leadership, counseling, and career guidance for engagement team
- Supervise Senior and Tax Consultants

- Offers a full range of tax services and collaborates to meet challenges of a rapidly evolving market and regulatory environment
- Team members have diverse backgrounds in transactional analysis and support, compliance and planning, supply chain and intellectual property advising, transfer pricing, and more
Qualifications:
- Ability to work within a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week
- Previous experience in Big 4, public accounting, or consulting preferred
- Participation in strategic planning initiatives a plus
- Strong research and communication skills required
Salary Information:
- Wage range for this role is $111,090 to $235,170, taking into account various factors such as experience, training, and certifications
- May also be eligible for discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance
