A law firm seeks a Real Estate, Probate, Trust & Commercial Litigation Attorney in Tyler, Texas, to represent clients in a broad array of civil disputes.
Duties
Interview and onboard clients, manage all phases of real estate, probate, trust, and commercial litigation.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; and appear at hearings and trials.
Coordinate case strategy with colleagues and oversee document assembly processes.
Utilize case management software to track deadlines and client communications.
Requirements
Active membership in the Texas Bar.
Minimum of two years of civil litigation experience, including real estate and probate matters.
Strong interpersonal and client-advocacy skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management/document assembly tools (or willingness to learn).
Education
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to practice in Texas.
