Job Title: Business / Real Estate / Estates
Job Responsibilities:
The at the law firm will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters related to business transactions, entity formation and management, real estate, and estate planning and administration. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues pertaining to business transactions, real estate, and estate planning.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and estate planning documents.
- Advising clients on legal matters, providing clear and concise legal guidance in areas of business, real estate, and estates.
- Managing entity formation and management tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Engaging in estate planning and administration, assisting clients with the organization and distribution of their assets.
- Collaborating with clients directly, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Working independently on assigned cases while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the position should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience in business transactions, entity formation and management, real estate matters, and/or estate planning and administration.
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Business / Real Estate / Estates position at the law firm is $100,000 to $205,000, depending on the candidate's experience. Additionally, a bonus program is available to employees in this position.
