Job Summary:

The Law Firm is currently seeking an employment associate with at least 3 years of experience in employment counseling to join their Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Group. This is a non-litigation role that will primarily focus on providing employment assistance in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. The associate will also be responsible for counseling employers of all types in various aspects of the employment relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide employment counseling and assistance in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Counsel employers on all aspects of the employment relationship
- Work with the Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Group to provide non-litigation support to clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment counseling
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar
