We are seeking a Trust & Estates Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Family Wealth Resolution & Disputes Practice Group. This is a hybrid position that can be based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Rafael or Walnut Creek.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters related to trusts and estates, including drafting legal documents, participating in dispute resolution processes, and providing legal counsel to clients
- Become a subject matter expert in trust and estate litigation
- Work closely with peers, partners, and clients to tackle challenging cases
- Participate in contested hearings, evidentiary hearings, mediations, and depositions
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with a focus on trust and probate matters
- Knowledge of trust and estate law and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- California bar admission required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base compensation of approximately $190,000 to $200,000
