Job Title: Business Immigration Associate Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including O-1, H-1B, L-1, E-2, EB-1, PERM, and NIW cases.
- Provide legal counsel to clients on immigration strategy, compliance, and documentation.
- Prepare and review petitions, applications, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Offer exceptional client service by maintaining regular communication, providing updates, collecting information, and addressing client questions.
- Conduct client meetings to gather information, explain processes, and address questions.
- Collaborate with paralegals and other team members to ensure timely and efficient case handling.
- Stay current with changing immigration laws, policies, and trends.
- Draft legal correspondence, including responses to RFEs, appeals, and case updates.
Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in at least one . state.
- Bar admission in at least one state or jurisdiction.
- 2+ years of business immigration experience required.
- Experience with O-1, EB-1, NIW, and PERM cases.
- In-depth knowledge of . immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in virtual communication tools.
- Exceptional computer and software competencies, with extensive hands-on experience with INSZoom case management software strongly preferred.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused mindset.
