Job Title: Legal Solutions Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and sales colleagues globally, working with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, business partners, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Identify Legal Transformation Services (LTS) targets with the sales team and lead C-level (Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer) and senior management level legal transformation conversations.
- Drive the sales cycle to grow LTS offerings and push-through revenue to broader Legal Solutions Sales (LSS) service lines, including eDiscovery, attorney review, EMS, and IG/Breach.
- Leverage professional networks to identify opportunities beyond current clients, pursuing LTS opportunities directly if no Account Director is identified.
- Demonstrate a high acumen regarding company’s service and technology-enabled offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and channel partner relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Act as the conduit between client stakeholders and the company’s LTS consulting and delivery organization.
- Evangelize the company’s LTS practice offerings and technology products to industry workgroups, conferences, and publications.
- Identify and grow opportunities globally and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Education and Experience Information:
- 10+ years of C-level and senior executive-level consultative sales experience.
- 5+ years of account management or other relevant experience with demonstrable skills related to Legal Transformation Services.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.
- JD degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for this role is $130, to $170, USD annually, with eligibility for a sales commission plan. Specific salary will be determined based on several factors, including location-based market rate for the role, abilities in relation to the job specification, performance during screening and interview, and pay parity with the wider team in the considered location. Further details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
