Job Title: Manager or Senior Manager, Managed Services

Job Responsibilities:

- Support the practice in defining and executing strategy for targets, including existing clients, and proposal opportunities.
- Collaborate with and guide internal teams and clients through transition and execution of tax managed services engagements, including the data and technology strategy to be deployed.
- Support the overall management of the practice, including maintenance of key metrics, opportunity status, and other required internal reporting.
- Assist with education of internal teams on tax managed services and the characteristics they should identify for potential targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of standard processes, resources available, and the supporting technology solutions.

Additional Responsibility for Senior Manager:

- Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the company; assist engagement teams with building and managing client relationships; team with other professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the tax practice.

Education and Experience Information:

- Minimum five years of recent tax or accounting experience with a strong interest in process and technology.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; licensed CPA, EA, JD, or LLM, in addition to others on the company's approved credential listing. Any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational and delegation skills.
- Able to work in a national/international teaming environment and work remotely with other team members; capability to work self-sufficiently with appropriate oversight.
- Ability to travel 30%.

Additional Qualification for Senior Manager:

- Minimum eight years of recent tax or accounting experience; experience mentoring and counseling staff/senior level team members.
