**Members Only**, a top 100 law firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced staff attorney to join their Real Estate Finance Group in their Tysons, Washington ., or Baltimore office. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with at least six years of legal experience in rate hedge agreements and a passion for real estate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting rate hedge (cap and swap) agreements and other transactional documents
• Managing communication and information flow related to hedges among lenders, borrowers, swap dealers, and counsel involved in commercial real estate transactions
• Supporting interest rate derivative transactions
• Training and managing legal staff, including paralegals and junior associates

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six years of legal experience in real estate finance and/or interest rate derivative transactions
• Working knowledge of ISDA master agreements and other derivatives trading documentation is a plus
• Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to and in good standing with relevant jurisdiction's bar
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
