Associate Attorney - Labor and Employment The candidate should have 2+ years of labor and employment experience. Should have broad experience with all types of labor & employment matters, including administrative hearings before the city, county, and state agencies, PERB, and NLRB; litigating claims in state and federal courts; and union business/relations. Excellent working knowledge of California and federal employment statutes and regulations required. Admission to the California Bar, immediately transferable skills, a strong academic background, and excellent writing skills are also required.
