Job title: Senior Manager, Global Rewards

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to assist clients with corporate transaction events from a tax and operational perspective, focusing on employee rewards
Identify and analyze tax and operational issues that may impact tax exposure
Draft technical memorandums and design post-transaction operational processes and compliance procedures
Communicate with executives and employees about compensation, benefits, and share-based compensation programs
Integrate compensation, benefits, and share-based compensation programs globally after a transaction
Provide ongoing support outside of transaction context as needed
Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior-level clients
Deliver technical and operational advice and services with a high level of accountability for quality
Manage daily service delivery and operations for engagement teams
Ensure efficient and effective delivery of compliance and consulting services
Oversee quality, risk, and financial performance of engagements
Participate in business development activities, both internally and externally
Coach and mentor other tax professionals

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in employer benefit strategies, with preferred experience in at least 3 of the following areas: total rewards and benefits, global compensation and equity sourcing and taxation, domestic and global employment tax compliance and consulting, Mergers and Acquisitions advisory, executive compensation and compensation integration, mobility tax compliance and consulting, corporate taxation, ASC 718, ASC 740, share-based compensation delivery and data and analytics
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; law degree is a plus
Licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or completion of one of the approved advanced degrees or professional designations
Strong project management skills with experience in leading large, complex, multi-national engagements and client service teams
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and anticipate client needs
Proven track record of identifying and developing client service opportunities and fostering client relationships
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Strong quantitative, analytical, and project management skills
Commitment to quality and results with exceptional attention to detail
