Overview:
PwC is currently seeking a Senior Manager for our tax services division, with a focus on mergers and acquisition tax. In this role, you will provide tax advice and guidance to clients during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your responsibilities will include analysing the tax implications of these transactions, developing tax structures, and helping clients navigate complex tax regulations to optimize their tax outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisition tax
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

PwC offers a competitive salary range of $119,300 - $328,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Job Description:
As a Senior Manager in our tax services division, you will play a critical role in providing tax advice and guidance to clients during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your responsibilities will include analysing the tax implications of these transactions, developing tax structures, and helping clients navigate complex tax regulations to optimize their tax outcomes. You will also lead significant projects, refine processes, and maintain elevated operational standards to ensure project success. Additionally, you will engage with clients at senior levels, cultivate trust with diverse teams and stakeholders, and represent the firm in community organizations. Your technical acumen and ability to develop and sustain client relationships will be essential in delivering quality results and contributing to the firm's business strategies.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisition tax. Additionally, you must have a CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials, or a Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is also preferred.
