Law Firm Seeking Experienced Associate for Litigation Role in Securities Practice

H2: Minimum 2 Years of Experience Required

Law firm is currently seeking an experienced associate to join our Litigation Department in the Securities Practice. This opportunity is open to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of securities litigation experience and will be placed in our 3rd to 5th year associate class. The position is available in our Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley offices.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in all aspects of securities litigation cases, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, reviewing documents, and attending court appearances.
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and management.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in securities litigation.
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
