Job Title: Child Support Specialist II
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate child support cases for appropriate establishment and/or enforcement actions.
- Prepare records of payment, legal pleadings, and correspondence.
- Update computer records, perform locate activities, and document case activity.
- Negotiate settlements and agreed orders.
- Mediate between parties and resolve issues relating to child support payments.
- Monitor and manage case log.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree and one year of professional experience in child support enforcement, accounting, legal, or social work.
- A master’s degree.
- A juris doctorate degree.
- An associate’s degree in Legal Assistance or a closely related program of paralegal education and two years of professional experience in child support enforcement, accounting, or social work.
- An associate’s degree in Public Service – Legal Case Management and two years of professional experience in child support enforcement, accounting, or social work.
- Completion of an American Bar Association approved paralegal education program and two years of professional experience in child support enforcement, accounting, or social work.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required bachelor’s degree.
Salary Information:
- Level I H30A: $36, annually plus full state employee benefits.
- Level II H30B: $39, annually plus full state employee benefits.

- This position is full-time and located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- The candidate must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.
- The position is eligible for full state benefits.
