Duties

  • Manage structured securities offerings, with a primary focus on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Represent clients in transactions involving acquisitions, restructurings, financings, and real estate development.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to securities and real estate matters.
  • Advise clients on compliance with federal and state securities regulations.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies for real estate investments and securities transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal legal teams and business professionals to structure deals.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.
  • Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of securities regulations and real estate finance transactions.
  • Ability to independently manage complex legal transactions.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
