Klinedinst Law Firm is seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, employment, and/or complex civil litigation to join their growing and dynamic legal team in San Diego. The position offers a pay range of $130,000-175,000 per year and the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, experience practicing in state and federal courts, and a passion for advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Independently handle cases and analyze complex issues
- Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, and draft dispositive motions
- Prepare for trial
- Manage document-intensive cases
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements:
- Active member of the State Bar of California
- 3+ years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, employment, and/or complex civil litigation
- Strong writing and research skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
