Job Title: Environment and Natural Resources Senior Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- Litigate cases that shape environmental and natural resources law on a national scale, advancing core principles of abundance mindset, individual liberty, freedom, and constitutional rights.
- Lead case teams, set litigation strategies, mentor junior attorneys, and guide the vision for the organization’s environmental and natural resources docket.
- Identify new cases, shape the organization's ENR litigation agenda, and represent the organization at conferences, in the media, and within the broader liberty movement.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in litigating environmental, natural resources, property rights, land use, or closely related cases.
- First-chair experience and proven success in managing litigation teams.
- Commitment to mentoring and developing other attorneys.
- Visionary leadership to help shape the organization's next era of environmental and natural resources litigation.
- A deep understanding of the Constitution’s limits on government power is highly desirable.
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Comfort with travel (15%–20%).
