Job Description:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and legal documents
- Assist in various transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions
- Advise on legal compliance matters and implement best practices to mitigate risks
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide clear and practical legal advice
- Conduct legal research and analysis on issues related to transactional matters

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active California State Bar membership
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
