Job Description:

The law firm is currently seeking an experienced litigation attorney/associate to join our team in Virginia Beach. We are looking for a high performer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation. As an associate or senior associate, you will have the opportunity to handle a variety of cases and work closely with clients to provide the best possible legal services.

- Handle a variety of commercial litigation cases, including but not limited to contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property disputes
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court and at depositions
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on case progress
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide the best possible legal services to clients
