Title: Entry-Level Bankruptcy Associate (Post-Clerkship) at Law Firm in Orange County

Salary: $210,000-220,000 per year (depending on experience)

Experience: Completion of bankruptcy court clerkship in 2025 and active license to practice law in California

Job Description:

- Support bankruptcy and creditor’s rights practice group
- Document and enforce commercial loans for institutional clients
- Conduct due diligence, UCC, debtor/creditor work, secured transactions, and documentation and negotiation of sophisticated lending transactions
- Excellent research and writing skills required
- Participate in local community as part of firm's credo
- Full-time, partnership-track position with eligibility for firm's benefit plans
- Salary range: $210,000-220,000 per year
