This is a hybrid position, allowing for both in-person and remote work, at a mid-sized women-owned education law firm with a statewide practice representing school and community college districts. If you have at least three years of experience in labor, employment, and personnel, along with excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Admission to the California State Bar is required.
This position is based in the Long Beach office of DWK, but candidates will also be considered for other office locations. The Firm values flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters, particularly those involving public entities. Prior experience representing public entities, especially school districts, is preferred but not required.

The anticipated annual salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $175,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, and industry knowledge. The final salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on these factors.
