This role requires a Juris Doctorate degree and at least 5 years of experience in commercial contracting.

- Develop and execute contract strategies to optimize business objectives.
- Oversee the contract workflow process and prioritize contracts for review.
- Streamline processes by building and maintaining contracting playbooks and templates.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive business objectives.
- Provide risk-weighted legal advice to management and offer solutions to potential issues.

Qualifications:

- Experience negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts.
- Familiarity with contract management systems, preferably HighQ.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide clear and creative advice.
