The program is open to second-year law students and positions are available in various offices across the country. The ideal candidate should have excellent academic credentials and attend an ABA-accredited law school. The summer program will run for 10 weeks and provide opportunities for real-world experience, informal feedback, formal reviews, networking, and mentoring and training. Summer associates will also attend a multiday retreat in Chicago, where they will have the chance to meet with firm leadership, connect with peers, and experience the city. The program offers a competitive salary, a dedicated mentor, summer program coordinators, and firmwide training programs and activities. Candidates will receive detailed feedback on their projects and attend social events to expand their professional network.
