Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney - Family Law
Job Responsibilities:
As a Family Law Attorney at the law firm, your primary focus will be on practicing law without the burden of excessive non-billable tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with clients in person or virtually to discuss their cases and legal needs.
- Drafting legal documents pertinent to family law cases.
- Representing clients in various legal settings, including hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Engaging in negotiations with opposing counsel to reach favorable outcomes for clients.
- Conducting thorough legal research and managing case deadlines effectively.
- Earning significant quarterly bonuses based on performance and contributions.

Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a successful attorney, preferably in family law.
- Must be an attorney in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
- Prior courtroom experience is a requirement for this role.
- Experience in criminal defense is considered a significant advantage.
- A team player who values collaboration and communicates effectively with clients and colleagues.
Salary Information:
The compensation package for this role includes:
- Base Salary: $160,000 - $275,000.
- Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses based on performance, exceeding hours, origination, and other contributions.

- Professional Costs Covered: Bar dues, Continuing Legal Education (CLEs), and other attorney-related expenses.
