Law Firm Seeks Associate Divorce Attorney in Denver, Colorado
Divorce In Colorado, a premier law firm specializing in divorce and family law matters, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Divorce Attorney to join our team in Lakewood. This position offers a competitive compensation package, flexible work arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
Position Overview:
As an Associate Divorce Attorney, you will manage a diverse caseload of divorce and family law matters from start to finish. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court hearings and mediations, and providing strategic advice and counsel. You will work closely with our legal team to develop case strategies and ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of divorce and family law matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with our legal team to develop case strategies and ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
- 1-5 years of experience in divorce and family law.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and client-centered legal services.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive compensation package with a guaranteed base salary and quarterly bonuses for an annual income between $75,000 and $200,000, depending on experience, hours billed and collections. We also offer flexible work arrangements with hybrid and remote work options, a retirement plan with employer contributions, paid time off and holidays, and support for professional development through Continuing Legal Education (CLE) opportunities.
