Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in government enforcement defense and internal investigations.
  • Advise clients on criminal and regulatory investigations, including those involving the DOJ, SEC, and other government agencies.
  • Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and investigative reports.
  • Manage and oversee discovery, depositions, and case preparation.
  • Assist with developing defense strategies in white collar criminal cases.
  • Provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage client relationships and business development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in white collar defense, government enforcement, or internal investigations.
  • Strong academic credentials from a top law school.
  • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex legal matters and manage multiple tasks.
  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.

Education:

  • . from an accredited law school (Class years 2016–2019 preferred).

Certifications:
