Summary:
Moss Adams, a values-driven firm, is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Tax Senior Manager to join their team in various locations including New York, California, Colorado, Washington, Texas, and more. The M&A Tax Senior Manager will work with clients, private equity firms, and investment banks to provide tax due diligence and consulting services in a variety of transactions. They will also be responsible for engagement management, client relationships, and coaching and managing team members.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, a CPA license, and a minimum of 7 years of related experience. Previous experience in public accounting or a law firm is preferred. This role requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to travel up to 50% for client engagements.
