The law firm of Fisher Phillips is seeking a mid-senior level employment litigation associate to join our team in the San Diego office. As a member of our Employment Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to work with and be mentored by talented partners while building your own practice. We are looking for an attorney with at least 4 years of experience in employment and general litigation. However, we are also open to working with developing attorneys who have strong litigation skills and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law. As a mid-senior level associate, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. While experience in labor and employment law is preferred, we are also interested in working with talented attorneys who have strong litigation skills in any area. We value a self-starter mentality and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. If you have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, we encourage you to apply. You must also be admitted to the California Bar in order to be considered.


The salary for this position ranges from $220,000 to $260,000 per year. The final salary will be determined by several factors, such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
