Los Angeles Office - Project Development/Finance Associate

**Members Only** is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our corporate practice group as a Project Development/Finance Associate in our Los Angeles office. This is an exciting opportunity for a class of 2018-2021 law school graduate to gain valuable experience in M&A, financing transactions, debt finance, and renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project sponsors and developers, commercial and investment banks, and other financial institutions to assist with the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects
- Handle a variety of legal matters related to project development and finance, including drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and providing legal advice to clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide excellent service to clients

Qualifications:
- Must have a . from an accredited law school and be admitted to the state bar
- Class of 2018-2021 law school graduate with stellar academic credentials
- Previous experience in M&A, financing transactions, debt finance, or renewable energy projects preferred
- Comparable law firm experience is required
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to reside in Houston, New York, Los Angeles, or Washington, .
