International Tax Services - Senior Manager

In this role, you will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions, analysing international tax laws and regulations and developing strategies to optimise tax efficiency and minimise risks for multinational businesses.

As a Senior Manager in our International Tax Services team, you will have the opportunity to grow as a strategic advisor and leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. Your role will involve increasing autonomy and applying sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You will be expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together.

If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of experience, we want to hear from you. A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may also qualify for this opportunity.

As a Senior Manager in our International Tax Services team, you will be responsible for leading large projects, innovating processes, and maintaining operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You will also need to build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities of this role include leading significant projects in the ITS Core team, innovating and streamlining tax processes through digitization and automation, maintaining operational excellence in tax advisory services, and interacting with clients at a senior level to drive successful outcomes. You will also be responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders, motivating and coaching teams to solve intricate tax problems, fostering open and transparent communication, and enhancing efficiencies in tax advisory through technology.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. You should also have at least 5 years of experience and possess CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials.
