Job Title: Attorney-Toxic Tort Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Attorney-Toxic Tort Associate will be responsible for engaging in various stages of the litigation process within the Toxic Tort practice group. Key duties include taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trials. The associate will work closely with key client teams to deliver effective results for both clients and the law firm. The role requires strategic thinking and effective writing skills, as well as collaboration with colleagues to foster career satisfaction and growth.

Education and Experience Information:
Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice law in California and possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant legal activities. This includes experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trials. Prior experience in a Toxic Tort practice is highly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate strong strategic thinking and effective writing skills.

Salary Information:
The annualized salary range for the Attorney-Toxic Tort Associate position is $110,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to the salary, this position offers bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
