Job Title: Tax Internship - Spring 2026

Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Intern at the company, you will be responsible for delivering tax advisory and compliance services to clients. This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in tax, working full time. You will participate in intern orientation, technical training, and a development program aimed at equipping you with the necessary tools to contribute to client engagements. The internship will provide on-the-job training through real work engagements, illustrating how your academic experience translates to the professional environment. You will have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced associates, seniors, managers, and partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge across various industries and services. Additionally, you will build friendships and strong work relationships while gaining valuable experience. This position also offers the chance to demonstrate your performance and ability to potentially join the company as a full-time associate.

Education and Experience Information:
To be considered for this internship, candidates must be enrolled as students during the current school year in an accounting, law, or related business program, with sufficient course work and credits to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state they are being considered for before beginning full-time employment. Candidates must be able to work full time for the duration of the internship. There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position. Successful candidates will have outstanding academic performance, with a preferred GPA of or above. Relevant internship, work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization are desired. Candidates should possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel. Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving are essential. Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability are also required. Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is necessary.
