As a Legal and Compliance Counsel, you will provide professional legal advice and support for GTP's daily business operations, including drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements. You will also have the opportunity to develop expertise in compliance-related topics and collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts both internally and externally. This role offers the chance to work with a high-performing team and make a real impact on the **Members Only**'s success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and support for GTP's daily business operations
- Develop expertise in compliance-related topics
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Prepare and conduct internal training on legal and compliance topics
- Lead and oversee dispute resolution
- Stay informed about technological advancements to streamline processes and address compliance challenges

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate (.) from an accredited law school
- Legal degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) and valid license to practice law in Mexico
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant legal experience
- High proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
- Experience with international or cross-border legal matters preferred
- Inquisitive, professional, accountable, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and in teams with colleagues of different cultures and backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
