Location:
Duties:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in various litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations.
- Manage and resolve complex legal matters related to commercial real estate, business law, and real estate litigation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and work independently as needed to meet client goals.
- Negotiate settlements and provide strategic litigation advice.
Requirements:
- Active Tennessee Law License (required).
- Strong background in complex litigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in commercial or real estate litigation is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and motivation.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Tennessee State Bar membership (required).
