Job Responsibilities
The Summer Clerk at the law firm will engage in a comprehensive program designed to offer real-world insight into labor and employment law. Responsibilities include:
- Participating in substantive assignments that provide both breadth and depth in the field of labor and employment law.
- Selecting assignments from a database of curated projects to gain exposure to various practice industries and contribute to impactful projects.
- Observing court appearances, depositions, client meetings, and mediations to enhance understanding of day-to-day legal practice.
- Working alongside seasoned attorneys to gain experienced guidance and skills essential for success.
- Building connections through engaging social events with the law firm team.
- Receiving mentorship from a paired mentor who offers insights, guidance, and support throughout the program.

Education and Experience Information
Applicants must be rising second-year law students. They should be in the top 25%-30% of their class to be considered for the program.

Salary Information
The salary for this position is $3,077 per week.
