In this role, you will provide legal advice and support to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Structural Heart team, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing guidance on marketing and promotional materials, and resolving legal issues using negotiation skills and legal expertise. Key Responsibilities:
Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial agreements, including procurement, sales, licensing, marketing, co-promotion, and research collaborations
Ensure compliance with FTC truth-in-advertising principles, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. policies, and applicable laws while reviewing marketing programs and promotional materials
Provide sound, practical, and timely legal advice to internal clients on legal matters related to commercial business operations
Resolve legal issues using negotiation skills and legal expertise, including pre-litigation dispute resolution and settlements
Assist in creating new template agreements, playbooks, and training to support efficient contracting processes

Direct the work of outside counsel, define project objectives, manage projects, and monitor budgets

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to a US state bar in good standing
At least 8 years of experience as a commercial attorney at a top law firm and/or in-house

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound commercial and legal judgment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and know when to escalate issues to senior management
Excellent interpersonal, strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills
