Associate Attorney The candidate's case load will be entirely criminal, from traffic tickets to first degree murders, state and federal. Duties will include, appearing in court, handling district court trials, assisting in jury trials, reviewing discovery, research, drafting of motions, briefs and other documents, speaking to clients to update them on their cases and consultations with potential incoming clients. The successful applicant must be licensed in Arkansas, prior successful criminal practice experience is preferred. Compensation to include competitive salary, payment of all license related expenses and CLE, paid time off and employer contributions to retirement account.
