Job Title: Tax Transformation – Strategy & Project Management Senior
Job Responsibilities:
The Strategy & Project Management Senior Consultant is integral to the strategic direction of the Tax Transformation within the company. The role includes:
- Supporting the definition, management, and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Collaborating across and managing multiple projects to achieve business priorities.
- Partnering with technology and change professionals to leverage technology, process standardization, and other delivery enablers.
- Engaging with Tax professionals to identify client service pain points and deliver process improvements.
- Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to Commercial initiatives.
- Effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels and building a network within Tax Transformation and across Tax.
- Preparing and supporting the delivery of executive-level presentations.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information technology-related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of client service experience in strategy and operations, technology consulting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, depending on work, clients, and industries/sectors served.
- One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing and able to obtain: Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or various technology and project management certifications such as Certified SAFe® Scrum Master, Project Management Professional (PMP), and others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital transformation.
- Experience in end-to-end technology project delivery.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Proficiency in project management and process-driven thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this role considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is $91,350 to $193,440. Compensation decisions are based on the specific circumstances of each case, and it is not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range. There is also potential eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
The position is available in multiple locations, including Austin, Denver, Houston, Jersey City, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and New York. The role requires working within a hybrid model, with co-location in the office for 2-3 days per week.
