The Opportunity:
- Seeking a junior to mid-level bankruptcy associate with 2-4 years of experience
- Must have experience in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts
- Experience at a large law firm preferred, but not required
- Strong academics and excellent writing capabilities a must
- Fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Participate in all phases of case management, including discovery and trial preparation
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide excellent client service

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and admission to the Georgia Bar
- 2-4 years of experience in bankruptcy and lending
- Strong knowledge of state, federal, and bankruptcy laws and procedures
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to take ownership of cases and work independently
