Job Responsibilities:
As a Personal Injury Attorney at the law firm, you will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury claims, with a primary focus on achieving favorable outcomes through litigation and trial processes. Your duties will include managing cases from inception through trial, requiring close collaboration with a dedicated team of legal professionals. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of personal injury cases, from pre-litigation stages through trial.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to build robust cases.
- Developing strategies for negotiations, settlement discussions, and trial preparation.
- Representing clients in court by handling motions, hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
- Collaborating with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to gather evidence and strengthen cases.
- Providing strategic legal advice and keeping clients informed throughout the litigation process.
- Negotiating settlements for clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards, including deadlines and court procedures.
Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for the position of Personal Injury Attorney, candidates must possess the following:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California state bar license.
- Preferred trial experience, with a proven track record of handling personal injury cases in court.
- Exceptional trial advocacy skills, including experience with jury trials, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases with attention to detail and efficiency.

Salary Information:
The position offers a full-time role with a salary range of $84, to $137, per year.
Additional Information:
The position requires the ability to commute to or relocate to Encino, CA 91436 before starting work. The work location is in-person.
