Handle criminal and traffic defense cases primarily in Will and DuPage Counties
Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings
Maintain regular and effective communication with clients
Manage and strategize case development independently
Participate in shaping firm growth strategies and expanding practice areas
Maintain organized and accurate case documentation
Criminal law experience preferred
Trial or courtroom experience strongly desired
Ability to manage a caseload independently from day one
Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
Commitment to high-quality client service and ethical standards
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the State of Illinois
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
Confident public speaking and courtroom presence
Strong organization and time-management skills
Collaborative team player willing to contribute to firm development
