Job Title: Litigation Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The litigation associate will join a premier boutique litigation firm that focuses on complex and high-stakes matters in the areas of business, real estate, intellectual property, and trusts & estates. The associate will be responsible for:

- Engaging in high-level legal research and analysis.
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Participating in all phases of litigation, including discovery, mediation, trial preparation, and trial.
- Collaborating with a team of experienced trial lawyers on sophisticated litigation matters.
- Managing case files from inception through resolution.
- Communicating effectively with clients, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Taking on meaningful responsibility with opportunities for professional growth and training.
- Developing individual business opportunities and contributing to the firm’s growth.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires:

- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for litigation.
- Experience in Wills, trusts, & estate law is beneficial.
- The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to professional development and a desire to work in a supportive and collegial environment.

Salary Information:
The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year.
