The Attorney/Legal Counsel at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is responsible for providing legal advice and services on transactional matters to support QCT's business units and strategies. This role requires a Juris Doctorate degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience as counsel at a law firm or in-house. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles and common practices, as well as experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced knowledge of law and legal principles to develop legal solutions and address legal issues.
• Draft, negotiate, and review complex legal documents such as guidelines, agreements, and policies.
• Provide legal advice and support on moderately complex matters and serve as a legal resource within a department.
• Collaborate with other departments and organizations to gather information and develop legal solutions.
• Analyze potential business offers/proposals and identify legal risks and compliance requirements.
• Participate in strategic planning and provide guidance on legal matters to support corporate objectives.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree or international equivalent.
• Active bar license to practice law in the state or jurisdiction where the employee will be practicing (or ability to obtain upon hiring).
• 5+ years of relevant experience as counsel at a law firm or in-house.
• 5-7+ years in practice with relevant experience.
• Extensive drafting and negotiating experience.
• Experience with technology or real estate law is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with corporate budgeting and strategic planning.

Salary Information:

• Pay range of $165, - $248,.
