Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management Tax Director
Job Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in tax, technology, or finance-related fields is essential.
- Candidates with CPA, Member of the Bar, or other specific credentials in tax, technology, or finance are eligible for consideration.
- A Master’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation is preferred, setting candidates apart in the selection process.
- Proficiency in managing tax compliance for various business entities and fiduciary income tax returns is highly valued.
- Experience in collaborating with tax practitioners and business managers is crucial.
- Strong skills in preparing and reviewing comprehensive tax returns are essential.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
- The ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions is required.
- Leadership experience in generating new business and proposal writing is important.
- Proficiency in automation and digitization in tax services is a critical asset.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for the Asset & Wealth Management Tax Director position is between $140,900 and $434,000 annually.
- Eligible individuals may also qualify for an annual discretionary bonus.
- The actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
