Additionally, the manager collaborates with New Business and Client Solutions teams to understand client needs and fulfill job openings effectively.

The role requires interaction with executives in corporate legal departments and law firms to understand specific opportunities and present qualified candidates. The manager is also responsible for maintaining and growing existing candidate relationships by staying informed about the legal job market and client environments. They support New Business and Client Solutions teams to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.

As a trusted advisor, the manager provides expert guidance to clients about the legal talent community and job market. They match candidates to client requirements and present them to Sales Reps, Clients, Client Solutions, and New Business teams. Preparing candidates for client interviews and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed prior to assignments are also part of the manager's duties.

The manager maintains active relationships with candidates both on and off assignment, documenting all activities in the Candidate ATS (Bullhorn). They are responsible for the professional development of working candidates through regular communication. Adherence to the company Handbook and proactive management of timelines in a dynamic environment are crucial. The manager is expected to demonstrate sound business judgment, handle multiple priorities, and foster teamwork through effective communication and collaboration.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a Bachelor's Degree, with a Juris Doctor (.) highly preferred. Candidates should have 3-5 years of legal experience, whether with a large firm, in-house, or as a consultant in the legal services industry. Prior legal recruiting experience is highly preferred. The role demands the ability to assess talent, manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous recruiting experience and familiarity with Bullhorn or similar ATS are also required.
