Job Title: Contract Specialist II

Job Responsibilities:
- Produce and complete contracts that adhere to specified terms.
- Meet or exceed target quality, volume targets, and cycle time.
- Produce comprehensive documents that capture work and financial components on which the business can execute.
- Accurately forecast volumes.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of contract law, legal terms, and best practices in contract management.
- Utilize telecom-specific contracts, such as master service agreements, when applicable.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, assessing risks and proposing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in contract drafting and review.
- Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively through strong written and verbal skills, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiently use contract management software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing priorities and business needs with a proactive and flexible mindset.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is a plus.
- Certification as a Notary Public and e-Notary is required. Candidates without current certification must be willing and able to obtain it upon hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract review or management.

Salary Information:
- The pay range offered for this position is per hour.
- A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location.
- Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
- Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
- Employees can enroll in the company’s 401k plan.
- Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Working Conditions:
- This role falls into a hybrid work model with office presence required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule have the option to work from the office or home.
- There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter, which could require travel.

Organizational Relationship:
- Reports to the Supervisor, Contract Development.
- No direct reports.
