As the Global Head of Information Governance at **Members Only**, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information governance strategy, overseeing forensic investigations and e-discovery operations, and ensuring compliance with global regulations. You will report directly to the Head of Global Security and collaborate with cross-functional teams to safeguard company assets and maximize the strategic value of information. This role offers a competitive salary range of $205,920 - $397,440 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy for forensic investigations and e-discovery
- Integrate cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and automation technologies into forensic and discovery workflows
- Direct digital forensic investigations in response to security incidents, misconduct, and litigation matters
- Establish forensically sound procedures for evidence collection, preservation, and analysis
- Collaborate with legal counsel and HR on investigative strategies and findings
- Design data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations and privacy laws
- Create and implement enterprise-wide data governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Build and manage cross-functional teams across legal, IT, security, and compliance
- Advocate for information governance priorities in executive decision-making
- Report regularly on governance matters and provide risk assessments
- Develop metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of implementing technological solutions in legal contexts
- Success in integrating AI and automation in complex legal environments
- Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical
- Ability to operate under pressure and tight resource constraints
- Innovative problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks
- Background in information security concepts and technologies
- Experience with insider threat monitoring tools and behavioral analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Law, Computer Science, Forensic Technology, or related field
- Certifications in digital forensics, legal technology, or related fields
Compensation Information:
- Base salary range: $205,920 - $397,440 annually
- Additional discretionary bonuses and incentives may be available
- Restricted stock units may also be available
