As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including MDL/Class Actions, HIPAA violations, slip & falls, and motor vehicle accidents. You will be responsible for all aspects of litigation and pre-suit matters, and must be licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Kansas.
Requirements for the position include a minimum of 3 years legal experience in litigation and pre-suit matters, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. The ideal candidate will also have excellent legal research and analytical skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
